This seasonal set brings the beauty of autumn into your cup, featuring two types of genmaicha from eastern and western Japan, paired with edible maple leaves you can float in your tea. It's a gentle way to enjoy the feeling of autumn leaf viewing, right at home.
The maple leaves are grown without pesticides on a farm in Tajimi, Gifu Prefecture. Using a careful in-house drying and sterilizing method, they are preserved soft and clean—ready to enjoy as they are.
East — Uji Sencha Genmaicha
A clear, refreshing tea blended with Uji sencha and toasted brown rice puffs roasted over binchotan charcoal. The smooth green flavor pairs softly with the mellow, earthy notes of charcoal.
West — Roasted Hojicha Genmaicha
This blend uses only the stems of tencha—the base of matcha—and is gently roasted to bring out a deep amber hue and refined aroma. Combined with the warm scent of binchotan-roasted rice, it offers a comforting, layered flavor.
