RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy
Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Discounted items of 40% off or more are also considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original undamaged packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products showing visible signs of use will not be accepted.
Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned if the return affects eligibility. If not returned, the retail value will be deducted from the refund.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your return.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss or delay.
Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted and refunded.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed fulfillment error on our part.
Returns with insufficient postage or missing sender information will be refused.
In the event of a confirmed fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Issues with Your Order
Please contact us at contact@mynuzen.com within 3 days of delivery if:
You received the wrong items (include an unboxing photo)
Your order is missing items (include an unboxing photo)
Your order arrived damaged (include a clear photo of the damage)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
