Shipping Rates & Carriers
International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We use Japan Post (EMS), DHL, and ECMS Express for international shipping.
For European countries: Please note that VAT may be charged upon delivery.

Address Requirements (English Only)
All shipping and billing addresses must be provided in English so that shipping carriers can deliver your orders without any delay or complication. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees.

Shipping Policy & Deliveries
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided once your order ships. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched, unless shipping insurance is purchased. In the rare event that a delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to nuzén, we will refund the item cost, excluding the shipping fees. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more details.

Import Fees & Taxes
Since all orders are shipped directly from Japan, any import fees or taxes imposed by your country will be the buyer's responsibility. These additional fees are not included in the final price. As the rules and value thresholds differ by country, we invite you to refer to your country's government website. If an order is returned or not accepted because import duties are left unpaid, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
